P3 Day 16

LIW <.4>

Breakfast was a veggie scramble with 2 pcs NSA turkey bacon.

Mid-morning I had a chocolate-blueberry smoothie. I'll post that recipe today, too. So good!

Lunch was some homemade polish sausage, sauerkraut, and stuffed olives on the side. The polish sausage is really easy to make. Next time I make it I'll write it down so I can post the recipe.

I wasn't all that hungry by dinnertime so I fixed tuna with hardboiled eggs, mayo, spicy mustard, relish, and tabasco all wrapped up in romaine. Even the kiddos ate it that way. On the side we had some baba ghannouj with celery, mushrooms, etc for dipping. Oh, I also had a glass of wine.

Throughout the day I also ate a ton of the biggest, juiciest red grapes. Yeah, literally a ton. LOL! Little did I know that grapes apparently work just as well as milk of magnesia for moving things right along! ROFL! Sorry for the TMI, but I just realized that might explain me being down today. Good to know. :)

Well, lookie there. I'm actually below my LIW. I've done nothing differently, so it's just one of those things. It feels so wonderful to not have to worry about counting calories and just eating when I'm hungry. P3 really is a snap if you just listen to your body and Dr. S. as to what you should do during this time. It's amazing.

Lots going on here today. Contractors galore and it's really, really, really hard to concentrate with all the racket so I pretty much forgot everything I wanted to post this morning. That figures. I'll try to post more later. The sun is beaming like crazy here so I have to go soak some up! Happy Tuesday!

Congratulations on being below LIW!!! Surely all the grapes will raise your weight tomorrow! You sure do like your olives.

You're recipes today are awesome! Thanks so much for all those. I am psyched about the banana pancakes! Woo HOO! I would also love to see the polish sausage recipe. :-) It's hard to believe that this is an easy recipe.

Your meals today looked delicious! The foods I liked the most was the smoothie & the tuna wraps with baba ghannouj. I need to bookmark this date!

I'm glad you're getting out of house... debris can fly from renovations... may not good for the lungs.

Thanks, Amy. Now stop with that 'raising' talk. What are you thinking?! LOL! I finished off the grapes today. They're apparently my new crack. And yes, I loves my olives almost as much as my eggplants. Almost.

I'll be posting my regular pancake/waffle recipe in the morning so you can try that one as well. I really like the banana ones though as they're really super easy, and they taste like banana bread. I sometimes even put in walnut pieces. Mmmm.

MMMMM, banana pancakes, guess what I am gonna have today???? WOO HOO FOR ME! I'm gonna pick up some walnuts too.

I like frozen green grapes, ever done those? It's like a little sin! ROFL - happy to see your under LIW - that feels good don't it???

Just wanted to send a note that I am hoping you are doing well & are happy.

Please forgive my stupid grapes comment. It didn't have to be grapes because I've been incredulous all along about all the P3 food. Even if your meals are so healthy! My brain still insists that we can only have salads with FF dressings. I have no idea what I'm saying, and my brain is stupid.... not to mention ignorant. I wonder if ever I'll get past my old WW rules that I must stick with no more than 1/4 cup of tomato sauce per wk.
