Injection #23
Loss Today: <.2>
Loss Total: <24.8>
Honestly, I am 100% surprised that I lost anything today. My fingers are so tight and swollen and I feel like a bloated whale. I'm assuming this is from getting too much sun yesterday. I've been hydrating well today so hopefully that will help. I've also been applying aloe like it's my new best friend. I'm not sure if that will affect me or not, but I'm not going to go without it.
Lunch: I ground up a steak and formed it into a burger. Then coated it with this and quickly grilled it. I served that with a side of mustard and a bowl of french onion soup. Mmm, the soup was even better after sitting in the refrigerator overnight. I also had an apple for my snack.
Dinner: I had a late night so I fixed curried broiled fish. I haven't eaten my fruit yet and might skip it since it's getting so late.
I'm not feeling so great for some reason and I'm not sure why. Perhaps because I'm still feeling bloated and 'tight'. Hopefully will be better tomorrow.

Oh yeah, sun can definitely do that to you. Isn't it really quite amazing how much we are becoming tuned in to our bodies? We feel every little thing now and are not surprised to that feeling reflected on the scale.
Renee, you should be so proud of yourself, you are doing really well! GOOD FOR YOU!
Hi Renee, I love the butterfly! Another week is here! Hang in there, you are doing so good! How many days are you doing this phase?
I'm going to try the onion soup today are you using homemade beef broth? Thanks again for this blog!

Biz-
It's wonderfully amazing how this protocol allows one to get completely attuned to our bodies. It's something that should stay with us for the rest of our lives.
Jennifer-
Thank you! I'm doing this phase for 40 injections, possibly an extra week or two. My current stop date is around Oct 12th, but I'm thinking I might go until the 25th or so. We'll see.
Also, yes, I usually use homemade beef broth. I use the broth recipe on my recipe site and instead of chicken, add the steak trimmings from one of my slightly too-big steaks I had to trim. Quick & easy. :) I hope you like it!
