Injection #25
Loss Today: <1.2>
Loss Total: <27.4>
I have to say, it's still a bit of a shock when I lose more than a pound in one day. Here I am 27 days into this and I'm still averaging just over a pound a day. Shocking, I tell you! I also can't believe I'm already more than halfway through this round. At first it seems to go by really slowly and then suddenly you're on day 27! Crazy. I have a busy day ahead but two new recipes I worked out last night on the schedule for today. Hopefully I'll have time to get to them.
I'm also feeling so much better today than the past two days. It definitely feels wonderful to be back to "normal".
Happy Day!
Lunch: I had hot & sour soup with a grissini. So so good. And I just finished off my strawberry sorbet. Another yummy meal.
Dinner: I didn't really feel like fixing my kung pao chicken (as I had planned) for dinner since I was feeling just a bit under the weather. I knew I had to eat though so I prepared deviled eggs with a tomato on the side. It was alright. I much prefer to fix a big omelet when choosing eggs as my protein, though. I guess that's what I get for being lazy. ;)
Hopefully tomorrow is a good day for all of us.

OMG! Look at how close you are to 30 pounds loss???? Did you ever think it would be possible??? Oh Renee, your doing SO well! Congrats on the fabulous round your having!
Too fun! :) I can only hope to do as well as you, Renee. So glad you are feeling better!
Biz-
No way. I, like everyone else, thought that this wouldn't work for me as well as it does for others. I'm still in shock. And doing the shrinking booty dance. :p
Thanks!!!
SB-
Thanks so much! And you WILL do as well! Positive thinking, girl! :)
Oh you SO STOLE MY HOT AND SOUR SOUP recipe! Nah, just kidding, but I was about to send you mine, but it's almost identical so no worries there!
I wanna know how to do the shrinking booty dance! All I can do is the bump! LOL
You should warn me in advance if you're going to send me a recipe. That will save me the trouble, silly! ;) Actually, that one is almost identical to how I usually make it so it was an easy one to convert.
LOL! Perhaps I should have called it the shelf shrinking booty dance. My butt shelf is totally gone. I've still got the big ol' booty happening, but it's more rounded now. KaPOW! ROFL!
HA! There is a visual picture that will last thru the night! ROFL! I don't know the answer to this, but have you taken "before" pics? Are you taking "during" pics? Or any milestone pics? It really is quite cool to see the progress. I sure hope you are!
I never used rice vinegar in my hot and sour soup, I usually use lime. Hmmmm...what an interesting concept!
Biz-
Yep, I took before pics. I actually took pictures again yesterday to see if I saw a difference - and I didn't. LOL! Maybe I'll share them with you or maybe I won't. ROFL. I swore I would just burn those befores anyway. ;)
I've used lime before as well! I didn't know or want to chance using a lime in my recipe though so I just went with old faithful. I do miss limes, however.
Oh you will so NOT burn the befores. Not that you need a reminder of what you were once at, but it serves as a motivation for you to stay at goal! I would love to see if you want to share.
And it's ok Renee, we are our own worst critics. If it weren't for JPS I would have never even POSTED my pics, but she was like, just cause YOU don't see a diff, doesn't mean "I" don't see a diff, and "I" see a big diff!
So...in other words...LET ME SEE!!! HA!
